Even though Littleton, CO, is a quaint small town, there are plenty of recreational activities thanks to its ideal location near the mountains. From hiking and biking to golfing and kayaking, there is much to do to immerse yourself in the rugged outdoor life that Colorado is well known for. If you want to experience the gorgeous outdoors, look no further than the Carson Nature Center! This nature center is the perfect oasis to engage with and learn about the natural wildlife and plants. With nearly 900 acres of open space by the South Platte River, you can engage in various outdoor pursuits such as camping, hiking, fishing, exploring, and kayaking. For a quick getaway, consider The Hudson Gardens & Event Center, which offers 30 acres of open space, captivating flora gardens, and many walking trails. If you choose to walk the trails, you might spot the 21 sculptures integrated throughout the park to offer visitors a truly immersive experience in which art and nature intertwine. Plus, since The Hudson Gardens is just a few minutes from the historic downtown area, you can grab a coffee or lunch after exploring this park.

2. Historic downtown

Located just minutes from many Littleton luxury homes is the historic downtown. Downtown Littleton is a busy hub where residents can have a premier shopping and dining experience at many local businesses that permeate the area. For instance, you can shop at the upscale Casa Bianca Bridal Boutique, where dreams can be made into reality. Consider SweetFire Boutique and White Oak & Rooted Boutique for more great shopping options. After shopping until you drop, you should head to iN-TEA for a truly immersive experience sampling many tea varieties. Afterward, you can get a full spa experience at Five Wellbeing. For an option that is more eclectic and artsy, consider Willow and Tulaire, where you can find various artisan products from nearly every corner of the globe. With so many fabulous local options, the only question is where you will go first in downtown Littleton!

3. Fabulous restaurants

Whether you seek a casual night out with the family or a romantic date with your partner, many upscale restaurants can satisfy both! For instance, consider the award-winning The Melting Pot, which offers a premier culinary experience in the art of fondue. From decadent, mouthwatering chocolate to creamy cheese fondue, you can pair any of these with a classic off the menu. The Melting Pot offers an exquisite and romantic experience to dine in a warm aromatic setting while indulging your senses with one-of-a-kind fondue. However, if you are craving New York-style Italian pizza or pasta, you must head to Angelina’s Italian Restaurant. At Angelina’s, you can enjoy fresh and homemade authentic food in a magnificently lit room surrounded by coastal-themed murals and decor that hark back to the Italian experience. The Melting Pot and Angelina’s Italian Restaurant are just a few fabulous eateries that offer a truly authentic experience on a date night or a night out with your family.

You can choose from several schools in the Littleton 6 School District, many of which have been rated higher than the state in terms of overall educational quality. You can be assured that your children will receive a world-class education with many high-quality educational options, smaller class sizes, and high ratings.

About The Author

A Colorado native going back three generations, Brian was born and raised in Littleton and has lived in Douglas County for over 20 years. He primarily serves his hometown, Littleton, and also serves Highlands Ranch, and Castle Rock.

Brian’s wife Sarah Grimm became licensed in 2003 and was his guide into the real estate industry. He started working as her unofficial assistant, giving him the chance to gain unique hands-on training in the field by being involved in the business, even if not in an official capacity. He learned the ins and outs of the job by creating marketing plans, meeting clients, and even installing open house signs.

In 2015, Brian and Sarah decided to become partners. Once licensed, they formed the boutique brokerage Luxe Living. Sarah served as Brian’s managing broker for three years while continuing his training. Unfortunately, Sarah had to step down to take care of her health, so Brian took over her former position as managing broker.

Brian’s favorite part of the job is assisting clients and agents alike. He takes pride in being a trusted guide to people experiencing a significant upheaval or transformative change. Brian is a communicative, supportive, caring, and hard-working professional who can simplify what can appear to be a complex process.

By giving his clients clarity, he empowers them to make crucial decisions with confidence. Brian does this by asking questions, spending time with his clients upfront to find out what their goals and motivating factors are to keep them on track. As a former electrician, Brian also offers years of residential construction experience. In 2020, Brain was awarded the 2 Carat Diamond Award by the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, and in 2021, was awarded the 3 Carat Diamond Award.

Living in the beautiful mountainside with his wife and adorable twin children, Brian loves the relaxed lifestyle, friendly people, and abundant outdoor activities. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and snowboarding. During baseball season, you’ll often find Brian at the Coors field cheering on the Colorado Rockies.

Brian and his wife, a two-time cancer survivor, are passionate advocates for the Believe Big Organization and the American Cancer Society. They donate a portion of all of their transactions to these foundations.
